2. What do I need to become an affiliate?: Nothing! All you need is your desire to be an affiliate. You don't even need a website (although having your own website helps). You can promote BetAdvisor.com in many ways, like postings on online forums, or simply sending an email to all your friends and acquaintances containing your affiliate link to our site. Just make sure you aren't spamming or getting yourself and us in trouble. All you need to do is send a visitor to our site via a special link (called the “affiliate link”), and if he or she buys anything from us, you will get 10% per deal!
3. How do I know I will be paid for my referral?: Our sophisticated affiliate tracking software uses a combination of cookies and IP address to track referrals for the best possible reliability. When the visitor follows your affiliate link to our site, our affiliate system registers this referral and places a cookie on his or her computer. When the visitor pays for the product, the affiliate system checks for cookies (if not found, it checks for the IP address of the referral) and then it credits your account. This process is absolutely automatic. All your referrals will be properly tracked.
4. How is the payment handled?: You can choose if you want to be paid by PayPal, Moneybookers or wire transfer. The payment will take place 2 months after the client’s transaction in order to protect the system against the fraudulent use of credit cards. Additionally the payment can be made only when your account balance reaches €200 or more for the previous months' transactions. Money credited to Your Account does not accrue interest.
